Discover Javea

Us and the city of Javea

Our estate agency is first and foremost a family business. Before moving to Javea, my husband and I worked together in France for several years. As my husband is Spanish and I'm French, we also have a good knowledge of English, which means we can easily guide you through your property search.

We work in collaboration with the most reputable estate agents in Javea.

Javea is now one of the most popular destinations on the Mediterranean coast.

Located on the Costa Blanca between the international airports of Valencia and Alicante, you'll also be close to Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Denia and Ondara. Javea enjoys a very privileged climate all year round and has been designated by the WHO as the 2nd best climate in the world, behind Rio de Janeiro. Nestling between the San Antonio and Nao capes, opposite the island of Ibiza, Javea enjoys the impressive protection of the Montgo massif (753m).

In short, Javea has everything you could want from a seaside resort, both in the summer and the rest of the year: quality of life in all its splendour.

From the centre to the old town:

In Javea, you'll enjoy magnificent sandy and pebble beaches, and a wide range of activities such as water sports, golf, tennis, hiking, children's games...

As well as its beaches, Javea has a historic centre full of charm, history and authenticity.

Don't forget to come and sample its renowned and varied gastronomy, and we'll be happy to give you some advice if you need it.

There's also a French-speaking association, set up more than 30 years ago, which can help you if you wish.

In short, Javea has everything you could want from a seaside resort and a small town full of charm, both in the summer and the rest of the year: quality of life at its best.

Located between the San Antonio and Nao capes, Javea is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca, in the province of Alicante. Its old town, just two kilometres from the coast, boasts fine examples of local architecture and valuable monuments, such as the church of San Bartolomé, the town's nerve centre.

Stretching between Capo de San Antonio and Cala Granadella, Javea's coastline is a perfect example of the variety of coastlines to be found on the Costa Blanca. Sailing, scuba diving or simply swimming becomes even more enjoyable here! To the north, scuba diving enthusiasts can explore the depths of the Cap de San Antonio marine nature reserve. In the harbour, you can learn to sail at one of the sailing schools, or hire a boat and sail along the coast to Dénia. On the other side of the harbour, towards the south, a rocky coastline bordering crystal-clear waters invites you to take a dip. Even further south, a vast beach of fine sand invites you to sunbathe, or hire windsurfing boards, pedalos or other water sports. Between the capes of San Martín and La Nao and the islands of El Portichol and El Descubridor, the coast is adorned with wild beauty. Finally, the beautiful Cala Granadella offers bathers its clear turquoise waters.
