Buying your home is a major investment, so it makes sense to look after it properly. That's why our ID Javea agency offers you a made-to-measure, à la carte maintenance service, to make sure you're always vigilant and comfortable.
We offer you THREE different PACKS (the difference being the frequency of our visits), all of which include the following services:
- Aeration of the property (to avoid any build-up of damp and the problems it causes: bad smells and mould)
- flushing toilets and turning on showers and sinks to circulate water in the pipes (to avoid odour problems and limescale deposits)
- switch on the boiler and hot water tank
- check that there are no water or gas leaks (beware of bill overruns)
- check that the electricity is properly connected (problems with the swimming pool motor and filter, fridge, freezer, etc.)
- pass through after any bad weather (storms, strong winds, floods, fires, etc.)
- checking that doors and windows are closed properly
- checking that there are no invading insects, ants or cockroaches
- watering indoor plants
- collecting the mail
- turning on the radiators, air conditioning and swimming pool heat pump before your arrival
