This tastefully decorated villa offers a beautiful living room with dining area opening onto the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor (with 160cm bed), a guest toilet, a laundry room;

and upstairs, we have 2 bedrooms with a 160cm bed and terrace, 1 bedroom with 290cm beds, and 2 shower rooms and 1 separate toilet. All bedrooms have their own wardrobe and armchair.

The house has secure access, an alarm, ducted air conditioning in each room, pretty terraces with a relaxation area, a 9x4m swimming pool (which can be heated at an additional cost) with 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, French, English and German TV, internet, a petanque area, an outdoor table for 8 people, a gas barbecue, parasols, parking for two cars and a beautiful landscaped garden.

Linen: beds made on arrival, two towels (one large and one small) and tea towels: 30€ per room used and per stay.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during July and August.
